Kuryakyn ISO grips - Page 3

Anyone happen to have a picture of the sleeve? Maybe I'm thinking this too much (I've been known to do that) or maybe I'm missing something...

The grip for the Nomad just happens to be the same as the Suzuki Volusia/C50.
When I traded my C50, I removed the Kury grips. I figured I could sell them, but then I found out they were the same for the Nomad, I installed them and they have been on for 2 years, no problems. Easy install.

The sleeve we talk about is on the throttle {right} side. That "cap" as you call it is the top of the sleeve that extends into the grip. It sounds like you got the correct pkg.. The one I first got {#6240} had you sand down the ribs on the stock sleeve and then slide your grip over it. Therefore reusing it. With the one you and I and almost everyone else got has that part done for you. The left side is just the chrome and rubber grip.
I've never done the BreakAway but I hear it isn't the easiest thing you'll do to your bike. But I hear it works well.

Got my 6235 ISO grips in today. The right side only took a few minutes to put on then went to do the left and the glue was dried up. I'll get some later tonight and try it out tomorrow.
