This new bike of yours is starting to sound a little bit like an old shovel, Mick...

It's the same bike you've always had, but you're re-building everything outside of the old trailer hitch, right?

The heyday of this forum passed years ago and with no new bagger models coming from Kawasaki in over 10 years I think its only a matter of time before the forum dies.

I think that's a shame. There are still plenty of us riding them, and needing advice. As well as an occassional bit of banter. The Facebook page is a soulless place, and totally lacking in either.

I think if we move toward mods and customizing, instead of keeping everything stock, will help out here....
These are great bikes, they have their quirks, but if can keep getting parts, I think some of use will stay here, me included....
Still have my 2001, will always have that bike....
