When it comes to lifting my Nomad, this thing is the cat's meow. It will hold the bike in-defiantly, and you can position the jack in different places to either raise the front, or the rear, or the whole bike. Great product, and customer service is second to none. Been using it for 4 or 5 years now, and it still works as new.

I just had one of my recent customers admit to me that he drove off with the adapter still attached to the bike. YIKES !!!!!!! That is what the ribbon is for.
PLEASE, EVERY TIME YOU USE THE ADAPTER TIE THAT RED RIBBON FROM ONE MIRROR TO THE OTHER ACROSS THE GAS TANK. DON'T TAKE IT OFF UNTIL THE ADAPTER IS OFF AND THEN YOU CAN TIE THE RIBBON TO THE ADAPTER FOR SAFE KEEPING UNTIL THE NEXT TIME. IT IS VERY SCARY TO BE EVEN A 1/2 MILE FROM HOME AND REALIZE THAT THE ADAPTER IS STILL PINNED UNDERNEATH.

I rode mine 18 miles ons day last year before I realized it was still there. :-[
This was before you were giving out ribbons ::) After that I started using a red bungee cord from mirror to mirror.

I just wanted to let you know that the adapter you made for me is working like a champ. I had tried to do something similar but yours is made much better. Anyone with a Nomad and a lift needs to get this product for their own safety and piece of mind.
I'm going to use a Remove Before Flight ribbon hung from the mirrors to avoid your prior scenario. You ought to paint these things pink or rescue orange too.

This is a great product. I am able to work with confidence when my bike is lifted because the bike is very stable on the stand when used with Idaho's adapter.

Bug, got the Idaho Jack Adapter and it looks great. Waiting for an opportunity to use it. Packaged well and traveled well to Alberta, Canada. Thanks again for a great product at a super price. Well worth the investment and I am sure you have saved many the frustration of picking the bike up in a very unstable manner. Great product and thanks again. Dennis
