Maybe to some it is no big deal?..too me it's just not right. I was not told of a service fee if canceling min,7 days before. This is 7 weeks.I never received any paperwork that states anything , they say they said it, i say they did not.Had they said it I would not have made the reservation, I wont do business with folks like that. And yes I think principal applies.

I did not post this to create a debate, only FYI for those who may feel the same.
