First and Last ride of the season

Thank you all for the kind thoughts and support. I'm hoping for a speedy recovery, but not to the point of fooling myself.

For now, my plan is to rehab as hard as possible, but still stay within the limits of common sense. 20 years ago I didn't pay as much attention to rehab as I should have, which has me in this situation.

For now, I'm going to try & hang on to the bike. Only time will tell how the shoulder turns out. I'll try to post from time to time if y'all don't mind a little one-handed sloppiness in typing

Good luck with the surgery. I pray that you have a quick recovery with no complications.

Glad to hear surgery went well. I am putting off rotator cuff surgery as long as possible...forever as long as I can stand the pain. Hope the rehab goes well, just don't over do it.

I think all KawaNOW members should come to your place and ride your bike for you to keep it in fighting trim. Just a thought!

good luck and God speed with the recovery phase. Do like valdez does use plenty of medicinal marijane for the pain which decreases recovery time, or makes it all feel better. Oh its all a joke anyways guys. i probably need shoulder surg myself since mine went out when i was a kid about 10 yrs old and has never been right since.

Sorry to hear about the delema, but I have a feeling you'll be "back in the saddle"............
