Kris,, That LOOK GREAT,, you said it came with the Luggage rack as well?.Tha Color match looks great, plus I have a 04 Silver/Blue and your trunk would look perfect on my bike :)...WHAT did you use for a Mounting Rack ?Scootworks??? THANKs Rich

It comes with a chrome mounting rack...so you don't need to do anything else. Just tell Serge at Premeux the year and color combo of your bike and the whole package will come pre-painted and ready to bolt on. The luggage rack is an extra , but if you purchase it they will install it pre-shipping.

I went with this one from Chrome Glow. I'm still waiting on delivery, but this gives you some mounting options.

I used the pilot LED from AutoZone before I installed my trailer hitch. I wired it as a running/brake light. Worked great!

Note quite.....but if you remember....we had a massive snow and ice storm up here during the holidays that had me and my crew working tons of overtime.

I figured out how much it would have cost had I ordered a trunk from Scootworks, paid extra for the luggage rack, wrap-around seat, a wompus mounting rack (black)....and oh yeah....having to get it painted (Option #1).

Then I compared that to the price of the Premeux Tour pack already painted/pinstriped w/factory colors, luggage rack and wraparound seat installed, and mounting rack (chrome) included. (Option #2).

In the end I decided to use some of that overtime coin to pick up the difference in what I would have paid for Option #1....and went with Option #2. The Premeux Tour Pack is a very high quality piece of work and easy for anyone to install....but it definitely is pricey...no doubt about that!

One of the other members inquired about my old backrest and such, but down the road when I trade this bike in I will probably pull the thing off and sell it to recoup at least some of my investment.

For now though....I'm very happy with it and can't wait to pack it full of stuff and hit the road... :)! Is it Spring yet? This 40-45 degree weather is just a tad chilly to ride in....but doable...and I am...every chance I get!
