ITS A DONE DEAL

I think it is because the bike is so lean, hence the pinging and excessive heat from the engine. I am not sure why some Nomads seem to be worse than others but mine is one of the bad ones.
My bike is completely stock. I have bought the TFI but not installed it yet as the bike is in storage. I am hoping to improve the "rideability" of the bike, nothing else. If there is a performance gain (and drop in mpg) that is okay if it improves the overall enjoyment of the bike and gets rid of its detractions.

85-90% if that hesitation can be cured by unrestricting the airflow....open 9" breather on the right is my choice...some have a less restrictive filter in the stock position, but I think that still restricts the airflow some. The fuel processor will cure the heat and pings and then give you the rest of the cure.

seems a few have had NO problems with V&H pipes and NO fuel processor. Im not sure how that can happen. I added V&H pipes first and then came all the pinging and surging and all the crap that comes with a tooo lean bike. i then added the caddman air kit and a TFI and it all came together. It runs like a scaled dog now. gets about as good mpg. And alot more power. You need all 3 so dont kid yourself.
