You might want to an E-Bay search for a Kawasaki voyager trunk too.

I've got a Venture trunk that I was planning on selling on Ebay. To get my money back out of it I was planning on selling the top rack (top of the trunk) and backrest that I paid to have recovered, separately.

I do think that the Venture trunk follows the Nomad bag lines the best of all the trunks.

I'd snap Dan's trunk up OP. And those racks like he has, are hard to find. I'm looking for a rack of a different notion for my trunk.

I sent him a PM. I am still not sure if that is what the wife wants. She has a little trouble just telling me straight when it comes to the Nomad. I think she is afraid that if might piss me off if she says something negative about riding. I told her true, I can't make it better if she doesn't tell me what is wrong.

I bought dan's trunk. He said several people pm him and I was the first. I hope the color isn't to far off from mine so I don't have to paint it. Let me thank Dan also.

I'm like CJ. I didn't want to spend the $1,000 for a Scootworks and I aint much on body work so I purchased a Mutazu and mounted it on a self made rack which kept the grabrails in place. So far, so good and the wife loves the wraparound backrest.

I did a search for a Kawasaki Voyager trunk on E-Bay & this one popped up. It looks complete except for the wrap around backrest. If the price stays low, it might be a good buy too.

A good upholster could make a back rest very easily for that trunk.

One nice thing I noticed about that trunk Rich, It comes with a Key, and that is a very rare for any used, lockable trunk.

I believe eBay's software does that automatically to mask identities. I've bid on items before and my name showed up with asterisks in it.

OP, I would suggest you take one of your saddlebags to an automotive paint store and get them to color match your colors. It would be a lot cheaper, and probably better quality of paint. I've heard a few that has used the color-rite paint has had pealing and flaking issues.

The key to a good paint job is good surface preparation before you spray it. Color-rite is good quality paint.
