Didn't think of that. I have a jack, stand and straps. It will also give me a chance to try out my adaptor. Might as well change the oil after I check since it will already be on the stand and warmed up. :)

Mine does it as well I only noticed it when I had a new diff fitted and my mate who has a 2008
had the same problem with his 2008 Nomad, Kawasaki said it is normal but noted it incase of problems later it tends to come from the diff when you are coasting or gearing down.

Thanks, I feel a little better knowing that I'm not losing what's left of my mind.

I figured it must be something like that since I only hear it when the clutch is engaged and it increases pitch as I accelerate or decreases pitch when deccelerating and using the engine to slow down along with the brakes.
