Nevermind...that works....sorta the way I did mine but I left the OEM hot, tapped off the lines and added a toggle to the relay for the Stebel

If you don't' use the relay you'll fry your horn button. Mine will be here Friday.

Stebel will draw up to 18 amps. Your current button is rate somewhat less than that. Nice way to avoid adding another button.

I put one on sometime ago. I've never had a problem, and now I know I did it right, thanks to CJ, Bob, Ells, CaddII, and others that have provided excellent and accurate information here. Man, we're fortunate to have such fine folks around here. Now you know....

I like the bike and the look "Easy Rider" Valdez, great picture, and thanks for the complement, but I also have the same feeling about everyone on this site. It doesn't take long for everyone have an answer to something about the bike after they've owned it for a week. Love my Nomad and love this site!!!! :-*

Reporting in on the Walo Bad Boy. Installed it tonight after some gray haired lady nearly flattened me today on the interstate (while I was laid on the stock horns and she obviously couldn't hear a damn thing).

The Walo is plenty loud, if you can get your hands on it easier or cheaper. I'm ready to make the gray hair fall out of that lady tomorrow.
