I bought a deltran 480 cca 9 years ago. I ran it 8 years till the new model came out.
I bought it last year.
Never a cranking problem. Never a hesitation that I used to get when it was hot that would reset all my dash.
I still have the old one that’s 8 years old
200.00 battery that lasts 8 years. Better than 100.00 every other year.

Interesting sidelight....looking for new battery I checked Amazon. They offered $60 credit if you applied for their credit card. Yuasa YTX20CH cost me about $43 including tax, with the credit and free shipping too. Not bad if you need a battery. Once I pay the bill I'll tear up the card as I don't need it.

be careful with Amazon card. It will always default to that card in purchases. I use mine for points, then after the purchase I go to Wells Fargo and make the payment on the card right then and there.

No worries. I intend to cancel the card. I don't follow you about Wells Fargo.
