So Will post larger picture soon but the spacers needed are left side 1.410 inch and right side 1.350. make sure u shave the inside caliper mount on the fork to fit the caliper without any tightness on there ( time consuming).. I had to slightly round off the caliper mount lowering bolt area below the mounting bolt to leave clearance of the large rotor bolt on these wheel. I also had to modify the rotor bolt and bushing that holds the rotor in place on the wheel,, by shaving the thickness on the bushing and round off the bolt on the rotor a bit for clearance,,These 19 inch wheel design are not like the 18 inch set up .. looks good and wheel is straight.. with low profile tire did not see any height change but love the looks;

I see there is a 21" wheel kit for the Vaquero by Rolling Toyz, but I like the look of your 19" wheel much better. But before I order a 19" wheel, I wanted to be sure that there would be enough room between the tire and fender. Thanks for your help.

Ok ,,, just to give you more info here... 130/60/19 is the HD tire size on the there and its new as it came with the wheel when I bought it.. All I can tell you that if you want that wheel on a Nomad you have to do three things,, 1st shim down the fork tab on the left side very easy to do,,, second shim down the caliper mounting plate to clear the rotor bolt head... 3rd you will need to file down with a hand grinder each bolt head of the rotor to create the correct space for the wheel to clear the caliper.. its a combine task for the wheel to clear the caliper... I have no idea if you would need to do all that on any other Kawa cruiser.. There is clearance left for the fender but 19 inch wheel size is max without having to relocate the fender any higher.

Calipers have to be relocated outwards due to HD larger wheel.. you will need to file down approx 1/8 '" each mounting post x4 to have the caliper centered on the rotor with no friction ( time consuming).. I would recommend doing this with new pads as well

Hope this helps

Thank you for the detailed information. I was thinking about the 21" conversion until I saw your wheel. Good job!

Has anyone ever considered machining the rotor mounting surface on the wheel to move the rotor inboard, versus machining the fork leg caliper mounts to move the caliper outboard? Seems like that might be easier, just don't know if there are any obstacles associated with going that route.

Already been explored, There would be very little material left on the wheel for the rotor to mount to, and during a hard brake, it might just come apart.
