I heard on another forum the Highway patrol was bad on the Dragon. Any confirmation on that ? Thanks

We rode on it Thursday, a week ago and not a single patrol car in sight. It may have been that it was a weekday. I had heard all the horror stories too but we didn't see any. I was very surprised.
