Stripped studs

Update on studs extraction: Thanks for all the suggestions. I decided that it's more important to ride then to work on the bike if it's not a matter of safety. So I just cleaned up the threads a bit like some of you suggested, and it is holding OK for now. Once the riding season is over I'll tackle the extraction.

Actually Iv'e been busy working and riding. I would never again leave a bike in the shop unless it is off season, and I avoid bringing them in to begin with if I possibly can. Had enough problems dealing with incompetent mechanics and shop managers that don't give a damn. In the last 3 years I only brought the wheels in to change and ballance tires, everything else I needed did myself. Faster, cheaper, at least as good and I learn something every time thanks to forums like this and talking to people. Just got back from the last trip we did, about 5000 miles in 2 weeks covering California Nevada Utah Colorado Wyoming South Dakota and Idaho. http://www.flickr.com/photos/29585641@N05/sets/72157606757579331/
