If you want to try out a low cost sheepskin buy a sheepskin carwash mitt. I found them at Wally World. Cut the stitching to remove the elastic cuff. Then turn it inside out and cut enough stitching around one side for the two halves to butterfly open and lie flat. It's not a full seat cover, but it's large enough to do the job. Then you'll know if you want to invest in a full sheepskin cover or try something different.

Alaska Leather is very good and great folks to do business with. Enter the code "Dead Sheet" for a discount. I bought one size larger then they recommend. I got the recommended size first and it did not cover the whole seat. Called them and they shipped the larger size for no extra cost and paid the shipping. Definitely stops the heat issue and sweaty butt.

Thanks, I just ordered from Alaska. It is worth a try. It has been 110 the last few days here, the 50 mile ride home is hot.

Wife and I both like the bead seat when the weather gets hot - best option for airflow.

And like someone mentioned above, wear some wicking shorts or compression shorts for a base layer.
