Your right on the deer and moose, same around here once you get away from Montreal a bit. Another Friend totaled his car 3 weeks ago hitting a moose. As for our ride, well my buddy hit a partridge walking across the road. I dodged it, but as he came by it turned into a snow storm of feathers.

TC still riding here in the Boston area. It was 34 F when I headed out for work this morning, will continue to ride as long as there is no snow or ice on the roads. Probably should have worn my Gerbing gloves this morning my fingers started to get a bit cold about 15 miles into the ride, but otherwise comfortable. If you want to extend your riding season I would suggest getting a good pair of heated gloves, with mine I am comfortable down into the midteens F at highway speeds.

Pat, what do you have , the ones that hook up to your battery by a tether or are the batteries contained in the gloves?

We did 115 miles today then put the bikes away,,,,,,,,,,,,,until the next nice day before they salt again.

I have the Gerbing T5 gloves they connect to the bike's battery using a tether that connects to gloves using wires you run through your jacket.

I put new brakes on the truck today, not quite the same as riding.
