I wouldn't use locktite, you would never get them out again. I've had my tubes out several time and never had a problem with them. Just be sure to use a torque wrench to put the tube back in with the correct amount of torque.

magoo, just 2 could be hit by the chain, and I believe there are just 2 you can remove. These are on opposite sides. Rt Rr, and Lt Ft. (as seated)

There is one tube for each cylinder. You should look at them both if you want to check to see if the chain has been rubbing on them.
