I'm Strongly Considering Denali Lights- Opinions?

Thread hijack.
Mac, you need to eat some cheese burgers or something. Your wasting away man.
You lose any more weight and that wife of yours is going to be able to throw you around the house like a rag doll. ;)

Good point... i like a challenge, especially when i don't know what i'm doing ;) (which is most of the time). That's what you guys are here for... to point me in all different directions

Thanks for your opinions, I know that is what i asked for... and I value your opinions as fellow Nomad owners. I'm not afraid to mix up different bike styles/types. I also bought reflective wheel stripes to add for additional conspicuity too (i did this on all my bikes). Eventually i hope to actually powder coat the headlight bucket black. My own personalized touches.

I'll need $ first, but i have my sights set on it, as well as, an air mod.

peace.
Pastor, I was just razzing you a little. Personally I don't care for them. I'm a chromaholic, and they just aren't my style. But if that's what you want to add to your bike, more power to you.

I just installed chucksters lights and I'm very pleased with them! He sends everything needed to install them. He has info in the vender section of the forum. The only thing extra I did was to run an extra ground from headlight bucket to main frame where those little black covers are on each side of tank by the front.

PG; you may want to check out other options. I went with a blue lites..very white, clear and powerfull at nite. The headlite is a 100/125 watt, and the spots are 55watts. Wired separetly and they turn nite into day..Like mac..I too am in moose country and ride at nite often...Bdog

PG, wouldn't try to dissuade you from Denali's if that's what you want. But you did ask a couple questions about Chuckster's lights. I have them, and very happy with them. Here's a link to some photos of mine.

(This link was in an earlier thread, so the pictures will look familiar to some of you.)

I have LED driving lights in the lower cowl on my 08 Wing. They are very bright and attract a lot of attention both in daylight and at night. However, they don't produce much useable supplemental light at night.
