I just got home about 15 minutes ago (9:30 pm) I passed a bike with a rider standing beside it on the other side of the road, so, I turned around to see if I could do anything. Turned out his Victory touring model had run out of gas. This was 10 miles north of Canton on 19. So, I rode back to Canton, filled my bike, bought a one gallon gas jug, filled it, and returned to give it to him. Needless to say he was happy. It was kind of disturbing that he said 6 other bikes passed him and didn't even stop. My total mileage for the trip was 651. I took a little more scenic trip on the way home. Great meeting so many of the members and seeing so many Nomads.

That was a long ride for you today Wanderer......I think you get the longest ride prize. I'm glad you made it home OK. Also cudo's to ya on helping that Victory biker out. It was great meeting and riding with ya today.

Hey guys and gals! Sliding in from Texas VROC. Enjoyed the meet in Palestine. Meeting friends and makin new. Met up with txcwdancer at the Little Red Wagon and we had a great ride. We also experienced the middle of the highway garage sale. Woody thought there was a fridge, I thought I saw a dresser but, to be honest I was just looking for a way thru. Ours was on US79 South. Same one?
Figured wanderer would make it home last. My total was 563 mi roundtrip from Kerrville. Made it in at 7:45.
I thought there were only 24 peoples there then I realized I forget me. At least I didn't leave me there. Thanks Trip for sharing the ride. See ya soon...

Got home about 4:30 yesterday thanks in part to construction zones on 175 and being caught behind Mr. "Can't go faster than they tell me even though no one is working".

Had a great time meeting everyone seeing all of your great bikes! I got a lot of ideas, now I have to convince my wife that these add-ons are "necessary".
