Got mine this morning, too. It is a very solid product. I was concerned a bit about getting the bike off the Chock while on the trailer, as well. Being a short guy I have a problem moving it backwards while sitting on the bike. I figured I would attach some wooden blocks to the trailer deck so I can get better footing.
The Gaithersburg, MD store must have thought they would be a bing selling item. They have 15 of them in stock. Let me know if anyone needs one. Login or Register to Remove Ads |

When I called to make sure they had it in stock, I asked and they said they would.. just print it out..etc.. When I got there...in my haste to leave...I forgot the printout on my desk. The manager still honored it since it was her that I talked to on the phone. Maybe just luck...but I doubt it. Harbor Freight is pretty good about taking care of their customers.

Thanks Beezer,
I just called them up and ordered one also! How big of a plate should a guy bolt it to for setting in the garage? Two foot square big enough? |

JussMatt,
I did the same thing today. Forgot to print out the on-line listing. The store manager would not honor the price, so I had to go back to get the print out. The original store price was $59 and the store sale price was $39. $29 was a real nice deal. Worth the trip back home IMO. Login or Register to Remove Ads |

A little word of caution I read, don't put the bike in the chock unless it's fastened to something like a trailer or a piece of plywood. When you go to backout the chock may follow the tire up and damage your fender.

It seems everyone has theirs and I'm waiting for mine to come in the mail or else I probably would have made the same mistake.

I will be installing mine on Saturday and using it the following Friday for a trip down to Wilmington NC.
Has anyone figured out the screw position for the part that piviots. The instructions simply say motorcyle dependent, or some similarily vauge term. |

Todd,
We are staying at the Blue Heaven B&B, have you heard of it? I am hoping it is nice. We are booked there Friday and Saturday evening and are thinking about extending to Sunday evening. We have never been there and have not had a lot of success with B&Bs, so I am a little bit weary of extending through Sunday. Looks like we will be about three and a half hours from you. This is a make up trip... I missed Valentine's Day, our second wedding anniversary and I will be missing my wife's birthday, which is the day after our trip, all due to business trips. |

I am using a Condor - it was $200 but I think it's worth it!
