How long is the Ram mount?

I have a Kruzer Kaddy on my Victory and had one on my Nomad. The one on my Vic has a bracket that bolts to the bottom of the left control pod (with the clutch lever) so nothing has to be mounted to the bars themselves. It's marketed specifically for the CORE framed Victory bikes (Vision, XR/XC/XCT) so I don't know if it would work for the Vaquero.

That's what it is although I didn't buy from them. My bars/controls are black (and they only sell them in chrome) so they sold me one in raw metal and I had it p/c'ed black. I ended up with about $20 in it but I'm not doing chrome on this bike.

If you're interested, I can snap a pic of it on my bike tomorrow and post it.

They make 3 or 4 different length RAM arms, from about 1 1/2" to about 4".

I like them and they are a cheap alternative. Won't hold a big gulp but will hold a bottle of water.

I don't know if the Voyager has the same bag guards, but they sit pretty darn low on the Vaquero. May have to put them on the front crash bar.

I used the long one. Six inches I think. Came out right where I wanted it.

just FYI on the Papa's Leather Barn product. Since you had to contact them to place an order, I searched elsewhere, and found it for $12

Also, I have searched far and wide and all I can ever seem to dig up is threads on their legality. I care not about that as I have them on my cars and have always had them on my cars. I want a smoked license plate cover for my bike. I cannot seem to find them anywhere.
As for cup holders, the Kruzer Kaddy is unmatched. Looks good and mounts easily to your bars. Here's a picture showing mine on the VV:

Here's a product link, but you can pick these up at nearly any Harley or Metric dealer:

The Bubba Keg 16 OZ hero fits in this perfect and keeps coffee hot for over 6 hours and cold beverages for over 12 hours. Wal-Mart sells these under $10:

Nice find! I think they were the same price as Papa's at Iron Pony. I think a frozen water in one of these on my front crash bar is the way I'll go.

It does look nice, I think it's going to be a little too busy for me to have all that stuff on the bars.

I don't think it clutters things at all. Get out on a cold morning or a hot afternoon and there's nothing like reaching right out in front of you for a drink. Buddy of mine called it an old guy cup holder when I first put it on. On the last road trip we took, he bought one along the way!

I mounted a Kuryakyn cupholder on the crash bar in front of my left saddlebag. I NEVER ride 2 up so it isn't a problem. It's in a natural position for me to reach down with my left hand

That is where I would prefer to mount something, but our bag guards are different and mine sits pretty low to the ground.

I improvised a cup holder when I rode a 900 Custom due to a very tight budget that works remarkably well. I have a Ram Mount for my GPS. I added a plate to the back where it screws together. To this I attached a Schwinn bottle holder for a bicycle. I really liked this setup. It allows for different diameter bottles or cups to be inserted and then I can adjust the tension on that bottle. When I bought my Nomad it moved right on over.
