Redeye, how come I'm catching so much sh*t for only having 10K on my 2006? I'm living exactly by your words! Adding goodies here and there. Chronic polishing and lovingly staring at my Nomad.

Scott, it's ok. Now that you've recognized that your a chromaholic you need to add some more chrome to your Nomad! 1 new chrome part every 6 months and you should be fine!!

It's not the fact that you're polishing, it's WHAT you're polishing that concerns us. Zip up and spend some time polishing your NOMAD instead or better yet, go for a ride!

A fuel controller will make more horse power & a faster bike, so you get to your destination faster which equals less time on those dangerous hi ways, you are safer & less time burning gas.

Another benefit is as you stand back & marvel at your hard work, you're not riding, again fewer miles. AND all of this shinny stuff needs to be polished, more time away from riding.

In the end you will have a work of art with next to nothing in fuel costs & very low miles. ALL of this adds value to your motorcycle, which adds value to your investment.

Last & not least is as you sit here reading my foolishness, your not watching porn.

Oh Rich !!! You just aren't ready are you. You will never "kick it"....you have to get past the denial stage and say it,.....say it!
"My name is Redeye and I'm a chromaholic." That's the first step. Then it'll all be good. You might "slip" every once in a while but you just get back "on the wagon" and try and make it another day. One day at a time. Jeeze! You think I'd been to a meeting or two wouldn't ya.

my name is rickyboy and I'm a............ ;)

I always thought of this Mod thing as a 12-step program.... ! One step at a time you have to do at least 12 mods before you can even think of slowing down.... .
