200 this morning. I stay between 200 and 205. Glad to be back down to 200.

I lost 2lbs and Im not even dieting, I'll have to have a big bowl of ice cream and see if I can find it again.

I usually drop a few pounds over the summer since Im a lot more active doing stuff.

I'm back to 223 due to training courses at work for the last month and a half. :(

Thats my story and I'm sticking to it.

206 on Jan 17th. 195 this morning. But the real story is I was at 207 on May 30th...just one week ago.

Don't ask. It is a fad diet that I am not proud of and it is not the right way to lose weight just a quick way. A buddy lost 60lbs in 40 days. He was at 270 to start. Now he is at 210.

Seems no matter what I do I stay between 200 and 205. Weighed 200 yesterday. Started at 205.

Im down about 6lbs and I havn't dieted, I think I just lost my appetite after the accident. I'll probably put it back on by fall.

Weighed this afternoon and was at 197 which is down 8 pounds from my starting weight.
