Jan. 10 = 269 Jan. 17 = 267 Jan. 24 = 264 Jan. 31 = 260 Feb. 07 = 257 Feb. 14 = 257 Feb. 21 = 255 Feb. 28 = 255 Mar. 07 = 249 Mar. 14 = 247 Mar. 21 = 246 Mar. 28 = 244 Apr. 04 = 244 no loss this week, but keeping at it:-)

Hey all you losers :)
I was thinking we could get everyone who is participating to give a half way point progress report if you would like. Our first three months is done with and our next three will take us to the grand total on July 1st! I have lost a total of 23 lbs so far. I must admit I have not started any exercise program yet. I am not "dieting" either just eating like I want to eat the rest of my life. Trying healthier and lower calorie options and portion control. I'm feeling much better and know it will help even more when I start exercising. How are you doing? I can't gain this weight back I'm getting to old to lose it! |

Hey double, I'm no where close to my goal but I have a lot more energy now. I'm doing the same as you very small portions compare to what I use to have, and I try to work out as often as I can.
It good news for me to hear that you and others have lost around 20#'s because thats where I am as well and I was wondering why I haven't lost more!  Great news is with just this little bit of weight loss my blood pressure is slightly high instead of at the point of needing medication, and I'm no longer boarder line diabetic! Thats a result of my last physical Mar 31, so if it's a lie my doctor told it.

Weighed 202 this morning. I keep rocking between 200 and starting weight of 205.

There you go loafer. Ten pound makes a difference for some reason. I'm doing the same thing except VERY small portions.
Gene, I don't have any ID what it is but for some reason you maintain one weight forever doing the same thing and all of a sudden for no reason it just disappears. I'm stuck at 214.

Couple days ago I hit the -100 mark. Since late 2008 or early 2009 I have lost 100 pounds. 35 of that in 2011. Currently 222#
