I really meant to ride but there were just too many college football games on and couldn't tear myself away. There is always tomorrow or Monday.

Did You Ride Today? Where To and How Far?

Saturday, rode north Georgia loop from Athens, Lavonia, Clarksville, Helen, Hiawassee, Blairsville, Blue Ridge, Ellijay, Dahlonega, and back to Athens. Beautiful day for a ride. Lots of bicyclists in the mountains that we had to scoot by.

Did You Ride Today? Where To and How Far?

Rode about 800 miles this weekend. Went from Clinton, MS to Nashville, TN on the Natchez Trace. What a great ride! Wife rode her Nina and did great. No problems.

Sounds like you had a great weekend Bobby. Glad you and the wife were able to have a nice trip. Bet it was a beautiful ride. Makes me feel bad as I didn't ride any yesterday and only 37 miles today.

Did You Ride Today? Where To and How Far?

3-days of riding... 734 miles... into Wisconsin (my favorite place in my area to ride) over this weekend.

Weather was much colder than normal, but tolerable.

Great riding, great fun!!!

Did You Ride Today? Where To and How Far?

Left Columbus,IN around 1pm today rode to Amish in Southern Indiana. Great food & great roads. The weather was perfect about 88* a little wind but still nice. We rode on Sunday to the Eastern part of the state stopped at a state park did a little hiking before eating at the restaurant in the park. Dining room overlooking the Ohio River with the Town of Madison in view on the rivers edge. Across the river you can see into Kentucky. What a great weekend of riding. Total miles 365. the riding season in Indiana is not over.
Hey GLWilson, glad to hear you were back in WI. Just knowing you were ther brought back memories of NC Rally just a few months back. Hope to see you guys again.

Did You Ride Today? Where To and How Far?

Wife and I got back today from a 3 day, 2-night get-a-way up to Tennessee. Rode our bikes up to Tullahoma,Tn, where we stayed and rode over to Lynchburg, Tn to tour the Jack Daniels Distillery. Weather was great and the scenery and ride were also outstanding. Did 475 miles round trip and had a great time.

Did You Ride Today? Where To and How Far?

Probably around 200 miles today returning home to Columbus from Youngstown on my usual state routes, totally missing the holiday traffic on I 71. Nothing special except I turned over 20,000 miles just before I got home. Just seems strange that in two years on the Nomad I have likely put more miles on it than I had in a couple of decades on my other bikes. This is fun!!!

I do think another weld broke on my RH exhaust cover, again!

While in Yo, took my granddaughter for a ride, letting her use my helmet making it the first time I rode without one for more than around the block and man, these things are noisy even without the rattle from the cover!

Didn't do any bike riding today but I did ride the Snapper.

Ghost, thanks for the great pictures. I will have to get up your way one of these days and maybe we can do some riding.

Rode 44 miles today, went and filled the tank. Got 38 mpg on the previous tank. Came home and changed the oil, filter and rear drive oil. Glad that is over for a while.
