Good job Gibby. I weighed in at 201 this morning. I can't seem to get below 200. My start weight was 205.

I was told if I could find Will Power I could lose weight. I tell ya, I looked all over on the internet and in the phone book but could not find Will anywhere.

I am who I am. I am supposed to weigh 245 at this stage in my life. So I guess I am right on the money

If you feel OK and have no major health problems, enjoy life and don't worry about how you look.

222 this morning down from 240 Jan 1. I thought I'd never break 230. All week long the scale moves between 220 to 225. Now I godda break 220.

If we do this for 6 months I figure April 1st would be a good mid-way check in. Let's get a post from everyone on or around April 1st on how we are doing. I am bouncing around 290. My doctor said I seem to be right on the cusp of where I need to be calorie wise. From here on out I am really knowing my portion size and cutting a few more calories per day.

I know, I know,,,,,,,,,,,,,turn around and find it. They ain't much going on back there. My successful diet comes from VODKA! Consume 16oz. for breakfast and 32 at lunch, and drink until you puke for dinner. You'll loose every time.
