Had a few setbacks, will start again. Down 3 from the begining.

I'm down to 290 from 303 so i have lost a total of 13 pounds. I have only lost 2 pounds the last two weeks. This week I'm going to focus on getting in three exercise periods.

Congratulations on the 13 pound loss. I am still only down 4 pounds. Got to do something different. What I am doing isn't working.

Jan. 10 = 269
Jan. 17 = 267
Jan. 24 = 264
Jan. 31 = 260
Feb. 07 = 257
Feb. 14 = 257 Kind of bummed, Stuck to diet and didn't lose. Wife sez
that is common. Will stick to it!

Got on the scale this morning a was discouraged to see I am back at my starting weight of 205. That is a bummer.

If you are exercising try switching it up and doing something that your body isn't used to.

Still at my starting weight of 205 after losing 4 pounds and getting to 201. Can't seem to get away from 205.

Weight as of 2-18 is 287. Down another 3 lbs so 15 total so far!

204 this morning. Starting weight 205. Boy I am really doing wonderful. Of course one pound loss is better than a gain.
