Did last stretch from Gallup to Scottsdale, about 275 miles. Man, 107˚ is pretty hot weather to ride it. Did about 1473 miles this week. Time for a break.

Did the ride to work this morning. Then this afternoon took a ride down to Cycle World to pick up some Honda cleaner/polish. Picked up a couple of parts that I had ordered yesterday. Total miles for the day 77.

I put about 160 miles on the bike over the weekend. Rode to my brother's house and back. Also got s couple of local rides in, while there. We put the radiator frame back on. It had been at the chrome shop since March.

A nice cool morning in Arizona

Mid-June is usually already getting pretty hot. It was under 80 this morning at 6:00 with promise of a hundred and some teen later in the day. Took a ride out in the country and enjoyed the cool morning air in the irrigated farming fields. Aimless and just taking turns and routes for the heck of it. About 60 miles of random road riding. Wishing my honey didn't have to work and could've joined. I feel better now and ready to go to work myself.

Just moved to Fountain Hills. This heat will take a while to get used to.

That's a little funny. I moved out here in 1986 and I'm still not used to it. The worst of it comes in July, August and September. It never cools down even in the morning and at night it'll be in the 100's. I usually hang up my gear until it cools down some. You're gonna love the winters though.

Welcome to the AZ.
