Day trip to Kingston??
I got home at 9:30pm, John and I stopped at the Indian Reserve to fuel up and find my cigars, the place is closed Saturday's. Then stopped in Bellville for an ice cream cone, we were doing great until Oshawa where we hit some real heavy rain for a few miles. I drove in the rain for about 35 miles and then the last 20 was dry again.
I really enjoyed meeting up with you guys, too bad we missed the ferry by a couple minutes. Im looking forward to getting together again in Lake George, were we can really raise a little hell.

Those are some good pictures Norm. Yeah this was a great little trip and it was nice to meet you guys. Just like Steve said, it was dry until we hit Oshawa then all hell broke loose.
I know now that my new Avon's handle real well in a downpour. Hope to be in Lake George for the rally. |

Day trip to Kingston??
Sorry I missed the day but as mentioned earlier I was committed to the Ride for Dad. We had great weather north of Toronto after the prediction of thunderstorms. So did you ride around Wolf Island or elsewhere? I hope to join you for the next one.

Clyde; you missed a good day, but Im sure we can plan some others. We rode a little on Wolfe Island, but theres only about 12 km of paved road there from what we saw.
How are the plans for Lake George going with you? The weeks are flying by and it won't be long before its time to go.

Day trip to Kingston??
It is a long way for a round trip but am happy that you had a good day.
Thanks for the reminder as I called once for a hotel room and have not followed up. I am being tempted by some friends to ride to Atlanticade at the same time, but think that is too far for the short time they are allowing. |

Just think Clyde, if you met up with us in lake George instead of going east, you would save a lot of mileage and have more time to sit around swapping lies.

Thats great Clyde. I look forward to meeting you. The rally as well as the trip down should be a lot of fun. I'm sure you can hook up with Ring and Chawnyboy and head out from Toronto with them.
