Just be damn sure to clean out your swingarm downtube of all grit/pieces parts that might be in there.
Also, it would not be a bad idea to unbolt your rear drive from the swingarm tube to make sure there isn't any shards of metal back there that could cause additional wear, also theres seals and bearings that could be compromised....

Assuming that damage was caused by the up n down motion,rather than the side to side.It almost looks like the suspension was disconnected while the bike was jacked up,and the back wheel was forced downwards.It looks more like pressure damage than wear.
