Why is your TFI pending and why did you go to a different processor?

I have an '05 1600... will it fit mine?

pending - means that I already have 2 buyers lined up.
I changed because of a previous forum post about this: http://www.electronicjetkit.com/

I found the pots very difficult to adjust and liked the idea of being able to make adjustments and then being able to precisely return to a previous setting.

Cool! I just did some reading on their site. Have you installed yours yet, and if so, how do you like it? It does seem like it would be easier to adjust (no tools) and make corrections. I guess you'd have to know what the different lights mean and remember what your settings are.

I'm curious about their pricing though. Allowing the customer to name their own price and then I guess you work with them to come to an agreement on a final price? Seems like a good idea for business, but could also be bad. Did you get a good deal on yours?

I paid 225, but I'm not a fan of this type of pricing.
I only have a few hundred miles with it on - and then it got cold. So far I like it. Will know more in the spring.

Hey Pete, those would make ideal Christmas gifts. I don't think Santa is going to stop at my house. Just a thought.

"Cobra luggage rack. - bought used from another member - used about 3 months, then got trunk - $60."

Is this the one that is made to mount to the Cobra sissy bar/backrest?

No it mounts to the stock 1600 backrest. I owe a quote to Nascar2 on this unless he has given up. I found the missing bolts that go along with it, but have not been by the post office yet.
