Took a very short ride today and a short ride yesterday. Hadn't been on the Nomad in a week. Rode 3 miles yesterday and 8 miles today. Really racking up the miles.

Weather was really nice. Had to run an errand and visit a friend in the hospital. Did about 70 miles.

Rode a little over 220 miles today over to Biketoberfest and back. Did some window shopping for paint ideas and mods but not much else. Beautiful weather and great day to ride.

Today I rode a grand total of about 2 miles. Had to do a test drive after installing a set of Phatrisers on my Nomad so I could be sure I could still aim the thing! Tomorrow will be different as I'll have more time....

Rode a very windy 60 miles today. Brought the bike home from my brother's house in Maryland. It was great being able to look over the new windshield.

My wife and I put on around 470 miles yesterday riding from central Iowa to the Mississippi River via J&P Cycles in Anamosa Iowa. That was my first time riding that area and it was a beautiful day even though it started off on the chili side with a strong wind. It was my first stop at J&P Cycles too. Even though I have bought stuff from them through the internet before, it was a lot more fun being there in person and buying it in the store!! Fall colors were great and watching the barges maneuver the Mississippi using the locks was a nice treat! We will ride around there again for sure! 12hrs later we were home. ponch , you missed a nice ride but I am sure you have done it a few times already!!

I've been up that way a couple times. You really need to go across the river into Wisconsin to get to the really good riding.

That’s where she wanted to go originally and I was not sure how long that might take so thought we better stay on this side of the river this time. Have to do the other side another time.
Jared, great pictures and the ‘Riser’ idea worked great!! Thanks once again!

Did two rides today, one to Cedar Key Seafood Festival and then for dinner with some friends. Total for today was about 240 miles. Had great weather and a great day on the bike.

Road to a local store that sells cycle clothes and other biker gear, then rode out to Woodland Beach on the Delaware Bay to watch ships go by. It was another windy 51 mile ride.

Rode yesterday to fill the bike. Averaged 36.6 MPG on the last tank. Not bad for no long trips. Only rode 5 miles total as it was a little cool out.
