Haven't seen a voyager yet.

I have been waiting forever it seems to see one in person. Timing didn't work out for me to get to the IMS in Minneapolis in Feb.

Have been checking with the local dealer and they told me they don't know when they are getting one and kaw won't tell them. I called them yesterday and they said they had one but it was sold before it ever arrived and it never saw any part of the dealership other than the shop where they set it up.

Dude WTF is MaKaw doing with these things. Did they underestimate the popularity or the potential demand and didn't build enough or what?

Haven't seen a voyager yet.

Other than at cycle shows, I've seen one in a showroom and none on the road.

I don't know what the problem is with the production and delivery of them. It seems to me if Kaw really wanted to sell some bikes, they'd make more. If I was in the market for a new bike (I'm not), but hypothetically, if I went to a Kaw dealer and they said they didn't know when they'd get a certain model in, I'd go across the street to the Harley store and have my pick of bikes and be willing to bet they would have one I'd want.

I'm not the kind of guy who waits for things like that. Unless they are handmade in Borneo or something, they should be coming off the line left and right.

Just my opinion, YMMV.

If supply is that short hard to figure how my dealer got 5. They have three on the floor, sold one and one in the crate still.

I wonder if they were trying to estimate the US economy when they set production numbers. I can only guess it is one of two things. They wanted to copy Nintendo with what they have done with the Wii. They only put out a few every so often. It keeps people scrambling for them because not everyone has one right away and it keeps the price up. Either that or they thought that the economy is so bad that sales won't be that great and they decided to produce smaller numbers to prevent inventory overloads. I don't know. I love my nomad but I know a bigger bike is in my future. They keep f-in around and the voyager may not make my short list.

World of Powersports in Decatur,Il. has a blue/black voyager. I just rode it Saturday. Not sure if it is ABS or not though.
Their phone number is 1-800-548-7218 , ask for Jason Comer in sales and tell him that Bill Atteberry told you about the bike. He will cut you a good deal.

Haven't seen a voyager yet.

I saw one several weeks ago at Fat Alberts in Poteau, OK.

It's a bigger bike, that's for sure.

It's the ole marketing trick: supply/demand. if makaw makes them real scare to find at first. people will get worked up into a frenzy and want one even more. it works just listen to the responses here. Then when everybody wants one they will load the market with them. :-)
