Paint Colors

I had a color for the Nomad picked out but my wife says it's more of a girls color. I wanted a color that stands out more. Is a white pearl with brandywine flames (kind of a dark red orange metallic) more of a girls colored bike? ;) http://bdscycles.com/oldwebsite/whiteroadstar.htm

Yes it's a girls color. Now, stop whining like a girl and go paint your bike.

Actually, I voted no. The color you want is the one you should have. And if anyone accuses you of being a girl, the next time you ride with them, do it naked. They will never say another word.

Zoom I hope it is not a girls color I didn't have the flames but I did have blue & purple pin stripes all over my 95 gold wing. Here are a couple of pictures I sold this bike and payed cash for my Nomad and had several thousand dollars left over.

Heck no! It's only a girls color if a girl is riding it, along with any other color. If a guy is riding it then it's a guys color.

I wouldn't waste one second worrying about it. Paint it white with the flames. Be sure to post pics when it's done. I bet it will be fantastic!

DUDE.....ITS YOUR BIKE! If your wife is anything like mine, she said that just to get your goat. Guess what? Mission accomplished. Just paint it whatever you want. If your asking for personal opinions, I would say worry less about the white and orange (both nice colors) and be more concerned with the fact that flame paint jobs are like Kury's ISO grips. Everyone has them. If you can't decide, you haven't found the paint job you absolutely have to have. Good luck, I'm sure it will look great....it's a NOMAD!

It's your bike, paint it the color(s) you want ! I don't think it will really matter what the result of the poll is, you will paint it what YOU want. Don't let anyone persuade you.

YOUR BIKE, YOUR PAINT
I've seen some pretty big manly men on some pretty colorful bikes. Now, if you show up with matching chaps and a satchel, we might have to talk...

white is only a girls color if its on a wedding dress or a fridge, apart from them you should be on a winner. if i was to change the color of mine i would make it white, very classy i think.
