Posting Pics

Hello All,
Well I updated my profile as much as I am able. Want to upload pics of my new /used Nomad. Also would like to put in a custom Avatar, But alas, I am not puter lierate. please advise as to how to, and I will share my new pride and joy with you all.

Thx in advance for the assist.

Welcome to the forum.

You will need to put your pictures on a site like photobucket.com before you can use them on the site.

Check out the FAQ at http://www.kawanow.org/forumfaq/forumfaq.htm and it has sections on using images, but basically you use something like this to display them in the signature and message:

[ img]http://your.image.location.here[ /img]

The "http://your.image.location.here" would be the link to the image you have on a site like photobucket.

You need to remove the spaces after the opening [ in each img tag though, I put them there only to show the tags, without the spaces it would have tried to display the image.

Thx Guys,
As usual if I would just read all the instructions the answers are there. this pic was taken the day after I got the bike.

Yesterday, I removed the badges off the tank and compounded, and waxed it. What a difference. Today I'm attacking the chrome, with never dull. Will post new pics when I'm done.
