Hi all. This year I decided to spend some $$$ and put in some mods. Here are my top 5 mods in each of two categories. What are yours? BTW I'm new to KawaNOW and am happy to find a website dedicated to the Nomad life.

I love my drivers backrest from grasshopper and 3 inch straight risers from chuckster. The highway pegs are nice too.

These puppys, but I've never seen anybody put them on a 1600. It would definately be a custom installation, as the axle's different & the brackets holding the caliper covers would need to be modded slightly too.

My favorites are the fairing,lowers,tour pak,WWW and V&H pipes.

My favorites are the fairing and trunk with stero surround sound, the mustang seat /backrest. The list goes on, but these are my 3 that made the most difference in the quality of the ride.

Sorry, guys. Bling trumps comfort.

Without bling, a Nomad is just another comfortable bike that needs more bling.

really haven't done many yet but in order of favorites

performance

1. TPS adjustment from 4.40 to 4.43 (still pings somestimes).

Wow

1. Mustang seat wth backrest (now solo)
2. ISO grips
3. Longhorn offset highway pegs
4. PhatIIs
5. oversize lowers

Just placed an order for Roadhouse dooleys non serated 4" slash cuts .

Next is the Caddman kit and a TFI.

Chompin the bit for the pipes.

I would say the risers and hwy pegs are the most comfortable mods for me..Bdog
