Well that's it. The world has completely gone to HELL and the media has just ruined my Christmas.

ABC is taking 'A Charlie Brown Christmas' off the air in order to air the presidential address.

I cannot find anywhere else or any other time slot that it is being aired. I went to ABC's website and sent them a nasty-gram and even ended it 'shame on you ABC'

The Peanuts holiday specials are a true American classic and my favorite part of the season. Every time it comes on I am instantly a small child sitting on the living room floor again. I have been robbed.

Umm, I'll bet you could go to Walmart and buy the DVD for like $5. Then you can be a kid again every day of the year.

and that's why I own "Rudolf the Red-Nosed Reindeer" DVD !!!!! I love the kid feeling.

I know I can buy it but there is something special about catching it on tv. I guess it is time to go shopping. I wonder if they have a box set of all the Peanuts specials?

I think I saw a boxed set of all the Peanuts holiday shows, Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown Christmas, etc., at Costco. Walmart may have it, too.

I have always enjoyed the Charlie Brown Christmas Special. It ends with the actual reading of the passage in Luke covering the birth of Christ. In that, it conveys the real meaning of Christmas and engenders a feeling of Christmas spirit that few other shows approach.

It is a shame it was not shown.
