Yesterday was a nice day here and the roads were sandy but dry, I couldn't resist the urge to start the bike after its sat since Nov. I just ran around the neighbourhood for a few minutes to warm up the oil before I changed it. It felt good to take it for a short spin.

The weather warmed up here this weekend. Decided to ride a little. Rode to Morrow Mountain State Park. About 230 miles round trip. It was nice to finally get out and ride some. It is suppose to nice tomorrow as well. Might get another ride in before the weather turns bad again at the first of the week.

Overcast with storms moving in but with the temp 63 degrees on January 29 I had to get a ride in. Rode from the house through Albertville, AL and almost to Guntersville, AL. Total ride for the day was 22 miles. The threat of severe weather made up my mind not to ride to far from home.

I ride at least 5 days a week, every week, every month. In fact, I don't own a car.

Took the KawaTanker out for a 110 mile ride up through the Goethe Forest north of here. Beautiful day for a ride but didn't really want to come home so quick.

A buddy rode with Me and Hannah up to North Alabama on Friday. We camped out and spent Friday and Saturday at a bike rally in Cleveland AL. We put a couple hundred miles on the bikes on Saturday afternoon and stopped and ate lunch and saw some sights. We eneded up back at the rally in time for the bike games and vendors and just had a blast. rode about 200 miles back home then out for dinner last night. Great weekend and great weather!

First ride of the year today. Brought my bike home from my brother's house where it spent the winter in his garage. 60 miles.
