I have sent the finished product "hopefully" to d206nomad yesterday so as soon as he gets it and install and gives me an O.K. it will be ready!

YOU WILL COME TO REGRET THE CWI. THE BACKUP IS A MUCH BETTER PIECE. THE GRASSHOPPER IS A GOOD ONE FOR THE MONEY TOO, BUT NO UP/DOWN - FORE/AFT ADJUSTMENTS. BAD THING ABOUT ANY OF THESE BACKREST, IS THAT THEY WILL NOT WORK WITH MUSTANG SEATS, SO IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING A MUSTANG, DON'T GET THE BACKREST FIRST. I AM BEGINNING TO BELIEVE MUSTANG SEATS ARE A LETDOWN, AND GEL PADS ADDED TO STOCK SEATS, OR THE ON TOP OF SEAT PADS MAY BE THE BETTER OPTION. AGAIN I JUST WOULDN'T TRADE MY BACKUP BACKREST FOR A NEW MUSTANG SEAT WITH THE BACKREST BUILT IN. THE BAKUP HAS THE NECESSARY GIVE FOR WHEN YOU NEED TO MOVE ON THE BIKE.
