If you're a darksider you will never give an inch and if it's bike tires for you ...well that is the only way. Ain't it great that we can all disagree and not be disagreeable. I Prefer bike tires, even OEM, seem to like the whine. That is what keeps me coming back...the strong wills and even the occasional agreement. keep it up.

My take on this after watching posts here, researching and talking to riders on Vaklyries riding the CT is that there is very little risk to worry about. There are risks to riding scoots anyway and that's where Scott's comment does make sense to me. I am putting on a new rear tire this week. It is a stock Bridgestone because I already had it on hand. But the next is likely a Darkside.

No worse than the anti car tire crowd who quote blanket statements made by those who never rode a motorcycle with a car tire.
