There was an article in today's paper about some things that happened DURING the Hurricane Dolly

The Border Patrol caught a total of 70 illegals trying to cross the river.

And get this - they caught 2,000 lbs of pot as they were trying to float it across the river during the height of the storm. The smugglers manage to swim back to Mexico. And the icing on this cake was it happened UNDER the Hidalgo-Reynosa Bridge that spand the Rio Grande
