WTF I got a Screw Loose

So My PIAA Ultra White Low beam was out on the way to work this morning, it was still dark out. (Less than 5000 miles for a $45.00 bulb) Since my commute is in the city I never noticed till a car turns in front of me. After I hit the High beam on them and went back to low I proceeded into a dark area and noticed.
I got home tonight and went to install my stock bulb and I see this Bolt just sitting in the fairing after I removed the head lamp. It almost fell out when I touched it. It was slightly wedged on the right side Accessory light plug( Green).
It has a #7 on the head of the Bolt, M6 x 1.0 x 20mm Looks just like the bolt that holds the Stock stereo up. Under the stereo.

Any Idea where it may have come from?? No rattles, I do not want to pull the fairing off, again just yet.
