They are $45 plus $15 shipping to the lower 48.
I have a Sears MC Jack, same as Harbor Freight, and I need to run the wheels up onto 2 inch thick wood blocks to be able to get the jack under the bike with the adapter pinned in place. I tell my customers to get end pieces from a 2x10 or 2x12 because it makes a large enough patch to set the wheels on.
