Help I have some bad noise??

Do not put it all back yet. remove the left side floor boards and remove the left side cover. The bevel gear case is not a transfer case really. See if you can use the drive shaft as a grip tool to turn the bevel gears and hear that clicking by hand..

It maybe be you have bad bevel gear bearings which i first thought it sounded like.

Also grab that spline end where the pin goes like you mean it and see if it wiggles. up/down side to side.

Do not re assemble what you have down yet!
