Tinted windshield?

So I'm gonna order a new windshield to replace the one I toasted recently. I was thinking about going tinted instead of clear.

Anybody got pics they'd be willing to post showing off their tinted screen? Bonus points if it's the light tint on a black bike.

It's been suggested that the tint helps hide small nicks and scratches. Any truth in that?
