Clutch slip in all gears.

Hey guys..

I now have 38,855 miles on my 1500 and after riding in two parades this week I now have clutch slip in all gears.

I've been researching the repair for this, and everyone keeps talking about replacing the spring.
My question is, is anyone replacing the clutch pads while they have the case open?
I like the idea of a quick and cheap fix, but I would hate to have to break the case open twice.
