Am I going nuts, or what?
I have a ... crazy question to ask to those who run a CT on their bike.
Has your gas millage changed since you got away from the bike tire? The reason I'm asking, believe it or not, Ive gotten a lot more millage to a tank then I did with the stock tires. Normally, I never get more then 100 - 110 miles to a tank, but now the last 2 times I've gotten over 130 miles to a tank. In fact, on the ride where my drive shaft was going bad I got 141 miles between fill ups !!! No, I'm not crazy..and the riding didn't change, in fact there was a lot of curves just like the Dragon, mountains, highways and all around normal weekend riding. The mechanic I use said the CT has a lot less drag then the BK has. Am I the only one!??? Am I getting senile?? ,,
