I am officially a 1500 Nomad owner
I picked up my bike yesterday afternoon (Saturday). Drove it by trailer to Maryland, straight to my local Kawasaki dealer for a state inspection.
It actually failed on one item, but they passed me on the promise that I return to have it repaired this coming week. The PO had the riding lights set to turn on only with the high beams. That is a no no here in Maryland. So, tomorrow I go to MVA for my tags, and Wednesday it is back to the dealer. I still have the PO's tags so when I got it home I rode it for the first time. Just a short one around the block, but I loved it. Can't wait for more. It is pretty wet and cold here in Maryland right now. Looking forward to many happy miles.
