Darksiders & those interested

Does anyone find it interesting that a MC tire manufacturer feels enough heat from the Darkside to try to justify the existence of a MC tire? Why don't they just make a decent MC tire that will give reasonable mileage at an affordable price? Instead of fighting the Darkside they should face it head on and give us what we want.
