Wide Open Customs Fairing

Got my fairing from Wide Open Customs installed late yesterday. Just getting out to get some pictures before dark tonight. Hope the link below works. I tried to get all angles.

I think the color match is pretty good, but I could always nit-pick here and there about it. The painter had me take a bag to a local O'Reillys Auto Parts and they read the color there with a camera, and it turned out pretty good. A lot cheaper than Colorrite paint anyway.

Got the wiring 99% complete, just waiting on some Posi-Taps to arrive by UPS to tap into a wire at the junction box to power the relay. Still on the fence about choosing the headlight wire or taillight wire for this though. Usually don't mind doing wiring, but this job really stressed me out. Had two tables full of parts that I took off the bike over the weekend to get to everything I needed to run the wires/

The pics only show the clear 10" shield, but I got a smoked 5" shield as well. Got both with a formed recurve on the edge and I think it makes a big difference over the standard edge. I had to put the factory lowers back on as the larger ones I made to fit with the windshield hit the bottom of the fairing. Going to make another set net week to fit the curve of the fairing.

Mrs. SuperDuty and I and another couple are heading down to Eureka Springs this Friday - Monday, so I was really anxious to get it installed for that trip.
